Nigel is the co-founder of Fusion Group and with his signature entrepreneurial charm, drives the team to do great things.

With more than 30-years’ of understanding the Real Estate sector, Nigel uses his experience to strengthen the financial and corporate side of the business as well as supporting the Fusion Family in the day-to-day.

He also uses his considerate nature to be a force for good outside of his work at Fusion. He is a business mentor for younger companies, a Trustee for several charities and spends a substantial amount of his free time giving back to others and helping projects that have lasting impacts on people’s lives.

Warren is the co-founder of Fusion Group and is intent on making the student accommodation sector a better place to live and work.

A 30-year veteran of the Real Estate Market and a leading figure in the business world, Warren understands the value of well-designed, well-intentioned property. He leads the team on acquisition, design and marketing.

A fantastic listener and team leader, he has used his vast experience to support so many of the team to achieve great things. One of his many personal mottos is to do what you do best. This gift for guidance and joy in making others happy has made him a go-to mentor. When he’s not offering moral support, he’s backing Spurs for the win!

Adam is Group Managing Director and with more than 24 years operating at a senior level, he focuses on funding, finance, risk management and growth strategies.

His competitive spirit means that every task is performed to top the league – whether it’s achieving fantastic rental returns, leading operational excellence across Fusion schemes or devising strategies to win the internal football sweepstake.

Outside of work you’ll find him watching football, organising football matches for less-abled individuals, playing football himself or talking about football!

Paul is Construction Director for Fusion Group with more than 20 years in the property industry. He is a qualified chartered quantity surveyor and was previously a partner in Alder King.

Paul has travelled the country delivering high-quality schemes for Fusion with a particular expertise in project delivery.

When he’s not driving across the UK, he’s travelling the Atlantic taking a well-deserved break.

André is Head of Projects for Fusion Group and is responsible for the delivery of our student accommodation, from design to completion.

An RICS Chartered Project Management Professional, André joined us with a wealth of experience in the Construction sector. Previously working with Faithful+Gould for more than 6 years, then as Associate Director Project Management for Fulkers Bailey Russell.

André is meticulous when it comes to achieving goals and objectives but doesn’t just use those skills in the workplace. He has previously set up a UK-wide training programme for multiple graduates to help them achieve chartered status with the RICS and shared his love of the industry to mentor them to success.

Ben is the Acquisitions Director for Fusion Group and is keenly focused on expanding our portfolio of student accommodation assets across the UK.

Following a stint at a leading London property consultancy, Ben turned his passion for the sector into an ambitious career in the world of acquisitions.

Travelling the UK to identify potential sites, Ben leads the team on whole land acquisition, planning and the investment finance process.

Ben is incredibly passionate about the growth of the living sector and finding Fusion market-leading locations. He applies the same ambition for success to his favourite team, Arsenal whose future looks just as bright.

Brodie has recently joined Fusion Group in the Acquisitions team, helping spearhead the brand to great success in the student accommodation sector.

Prior to joining Fusion, Brodie worked in Asset Management for Marks and Spencer. He was part of the team focused on increasing value in M&S’s freehold portfolio through mixed-use developments and supporting the iconic British multinational’s ambitious plans during a change in the world of retail.

Pascal has recently joined Fusion Group in the acquisitions team, where he helps to find new opportunities to grow Fusions ever expanding pipeline.

Pascal has previous experience working in residential development and has developed a keen interest in the alternative living sector. Outside of work pascal is a keen snowboarder, foodie and fan of Rugby & Cricket.

Laura is Commercial Director for Fusion Group and oversees the Fusion operational platform, brand evolution and positioning as well as student wellbeing and experience through building design.

With more than a decade of PR and marketing expertise and working with some of the leading brands in PBSA, Laura is ultra-focused on delivering innovative business solutions that achieve results. Having managed teams across China and South Asia, she also understands the importance a considered communication strategy plays both internally and externally.

Her determination for success and results is balanced with a creative streak. Laura loves nothing more than making that presentation look pretty. Unless it’s the last week of June where you’ll hopefully find her in a field in Glastonbury.

Sophie is Sales Manager for Fusion Groupn and is focused on the execution of sales as part of the student letting strategy.

With a background in recruitment and sales, Sophie is expert at leading a team to secure deals and understands the importance of the customer experience during a sales journey.

When Sophie isn't focused on sales, she's working with a number of charities to offer her time and support. She is part of Young Langdon, community of young professionals who host fundraising events with the aim of showing a new audience the incredible life changing work Langdon achieve for people with learning disabilities.

Sophie is at her happiest when surrounded by friends and family, her beautiful son and gorgeous dog Sydney!

Gideon is Finance Director for Fusion Group with over 30 years’ experience operating at a senior level within leading organisations.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO StoyHayward and has since held senior positions at P&O, Human Capital, Property and Education sectors specialising in managing change in high growth organisations

Gideon can often be found in the kitchen regaling us with one of his many fantastic anecdotes. This in tandem with his kind, considerate nature has led many of the junior members of the Treasury team to success in their qualifications.

When he’s not wowing us with his tales or impressing with his Excel magic, he’s flying even higher in a helicopter!

Graham is Group Financial Controller for Fusion Group and is responsible for managing the treasury team, development budgets and cash flow.

He has more than 15 years experience in property and finance including property management, investment and construction for residential and commercial properties. This includes large residential developments, hotels and, of course, PBSA.

Outside of work, Graham is a family man to his core and loves nothing better than spending time with them.

Peter is the Chief Accountant for Fusion Group. An Associate of the Charter Institute of Management Accountants, Peter has worked at a high level in Aerospace and Defence, Fashion and Construction. He has also part-owned a ladieswear business.

Using his business prowess, Peter is specialised at supporting companies through significant milestones and diligently protecting against fraud. He was instrumental in Fusion’s portfolio sales.

However, it’s not all numbers and spreadsheets. He is forever a joy in the office with his wild sense of humour. Peter also played Water Polo and was a competitive swimmer in his youth. Nowadays, you’ll find him playing cricket with his son.

Robert is Accounts Assistant for Fusion Group and works with the wider Treasury team on the day-to-day tasks.

Robert joined Fusion Students in early 2018 on a part time basis and has been an incredible asset to the business. He is now a well-established member of the team, holds a full-time role as an Accounts Assistant and is completing his accounting exams supported by Fusion.

When he’s not studying for his accountancy exams, Robert is training for his next London marathon or cheering on Spurs!

Laura is the Private & Business PA to Warren and Nigel and has been supporting our co-founders for more than a decade.

An organisational magician, Laura is responsible for complex diary management, travel arrangements, staff holidays and all internal, business and personal event planning.

Not only that, Laura is also heavily involved in a number of charitable projects and orchestrates fundraising events and activities across Fusion.

Organisational boss. Tracker maestro. Living the values.

Mike is Project Controller for Fusion Group and plays a lead role in the Property Services team. After six years at Tesco Property, Mike joined Fusion in 2015 to support the team with his organisational skills.

Mike’s responsibilities include managing the development project cashflows, tracking programmes and project documents, and providing the business with key PBSA and property information. In addition to his experience, he achieved his PRINCE2 Practitioner (2015) qualification in Project Management.

He uses his tracker wizardry to bring some fun to the office as well! Tapping into our love of football, he organises our weekly Last Player Standing competition and tries to convert any office novices into supporting his beloved Liverpool.

Despite his choice in football teams, Mike is an asset to the team and is always ready to cheer someone up with a picture of his dog, Olive.
