In line with our growth strategy for the future, we are always keen to acquire new sites with development potential.
We design, develop and deliver thoughtful spaces, places and homes. Our design principles reflect our experience within the end-users world and has evolved with every building.
With proven ability to buy land either unconditionally or on a subject to planning basis, we’ve proudly navigated turbulent economic climates to not only survive but to thrive.
Our network is important to us because it helps us to understand the breadth of our role as the creators of positive living spaces.
Planners know us and have confidence in our ability to deliver against our word.
Improving in this way has created a track record that we are proud of. It has helped us to challenge the usual conventions of development.
Understanding the opportunity in adversity, we are unapologetic in our love of complex situations that our competitors walk away from.
Our track record of acquisitions throughout volatile market conditions is testament to our financial strength.
This has been built on strong funding relationships with banks and institutions that have been working with us since 2007.
Most recently exemplified through our completion of BXT and signing a £72m build contract in Oct 2022, Fusion Group is defiant in the market.
