Towering over bristol

Archive Fusion – Bristol City Centre

Imagine living in award-winning accommodation.

Located in the heart of Bristol, what was once known as Fusion Tower provided beds for 483 students. Originally a multi-tenanted office building with integral car parking, we transformed the building into a contemporary PBSA asset.

Designed to be the flagship of Bristol

What we included:

  • Active frontage around the main entrance to increase connection between community and the city
  • Expertly tailored social spaces and practical areas, including a games room, cinema, study areas and a club lounge.
  • Incredible views across the city
  • High-quality room design

15-minute walk to University of Bristol

30-minute bus ride to UWE

9-minute walk to Cabot Circus shopping centre

483 rooms

Live + Relax

Fusion Tower catered for the breadth of students in Bristol so room types included a mix of studios, linked studios (for two people) and ensuite apartments.

Socialise + Study

We wanted to ensure our students lived in an exceptionally comfortable & enjoyable environment; therefore Fusion Tower was designed to include a number of expertly tailored social spaces and practical areas, including a games room, cinema, study areas, and a club lounge.

Amenity space had to be cleverly designed in Fusion Tower due to the retrofit nature of the scheme. Priority space was given to fitness and energetic activities to cater to our student audience at the time. The gym became one of the most used areas of the building.
